Who we are
A1 RV Repair is a mobile RV repair service operating across a nationwide network of certified mobile technicians. By using this site or booking service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book service.
Service scope
We work on RV coach systems: roof, plumbing, electrical, slide-outs, AC and heating, generators (maintenance only), awnings, leveling, appliances, water damage, LP gas, locks, and interior. We do not perform chassis or engine work (transmission, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, axles). Generator service is limited to routine maintenance - oil, filters, plugs, coolant - and does not include major repair, install, or full diagnostics.
Quotes and pricing
All service quotes are flat-rate and provided by phone before the truck is dispatched. The quoted price is binding for the scope discussed and includes parts, labor, and dispatch.
If the technician finds work beyond the original scope, we stop, photograph the issue, and call you for approval before proceeding. We never charge for work you did not approve.
Workmanship warranty
All workmanship is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, modification by others, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, call us within 90 days of service with photos of the issue.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival window with no fee. Cancellations inside 2 hours, or no-shows when the truck has dispatched, are billed a $75 dispatch fee. Emergency after-hours calls cancelled after dispatch are billed at the agreed flat rate.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5 percent per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Limitation of liability
A1 RV Repair's liability for any single service event is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages including lost trip time, towing costs, or lodging. This limitation does not apply to claims for personal injury caused by our negligence, where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
Insurance
A1 RV Repair carries commercial general liability and garage keepers insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request for parking facilities, dealer lots, or campgrounds that require them.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where service is performed. Disputes are resolved by mediation first; if unresolved, by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the county where service was performed.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance.
