What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you call or contact us, request a quote, or book service: name, phone number, email address, RV make and model, vehicle location, and a description of the work you need. Our website also collects standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and basic analytics through Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use your contact information only to schedule, deliver, and follow up on the RV repair service you requested, and to send you receipts and warranty documentation. Aggregated, anonymized analytics inform site improvements.
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not run retargeting ads built on your phone number, email, or address.
How long we keep it
Customer service records (invoices, photos, warranty documentation) are kept for 7 years to support warranty claims and tax records. Marketing analytics are retained for 14 months in Google Analytics by default. Phone call recordings, where applicable, are kept for 90 days then purged.
Who we share with
We share information only with subprocessors that help us run the business: Google (analytics, business profile, calendar), our payment processor (Stripe), our text/email scheduling tools, and our customer relationship system. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments and by our service agreements. We disclose information to law enforcement only when required by valid legal process.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it (subject to our 7-year warranty record retention). Email [email protected] or call (866) 623-1340.
We will respond within 30 days. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah residents have additional rights under their state privacy laws and we honor those requests on the same timeline.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses essential cookies (session, security) and one analytics cookie set by Google Analytics 4. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site continues to function but our analytics will not record your visit.
Children
This site is intended for adult RV owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your information, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, post a notice on the homepage for 30 days. Minor edits (formatting, clarifications) happen as needed without notice.
